Prices and booking
Rent for one to four people exclusively with a minimum of two nights.
The basic rate is €80 per night with a minimum of two nights
5% discount for one week
10% discount for one month

Add to this base price the tourist tax and at the end of the stay a cleaning fee of 50 €.
Example: four adults for two nights: €80 x 2 (nights = €160) + 4 people x 2 nights x €1.10 (tourist tax = €8.80) + cleaning fee (€50) = €218.80 i.e. €27.35 per night and per person by booking directly.
The following are exempt from tourist tax, according to article L.2333-31 of the CGCT: Minors - Holders of a seasonal employment contract employed in the territory of the community - People benefiting from emergency accommodation or temporary rehousing.
In the service is included:
- In the rooms: Sheets, duvets, towels;
- In the toilets: Toilet paper and hand soap;
- In the kitchen: All the necessary utensils, dishwasher with its cartridges, dishwashing products, household products, tea towels, paper towels.
To be expected:
- Your personal belongings and food.
Only the payment of your rental will be worth final reservation.
Reimbursement condition for direct booking with the owner:
In the event of force majeure of a last-minute reconfinement decided by the Government due to covid-19 between your reservation and your arrival, you will be reimbursed 100%.
For a cancellation outside of this case, we will reimburse you:
100% more than 31 days before your arrival;
75% from 21 days to 30 days before your arrival;
50% from 14 days to 20 days before your arrival;
25% from 7 days to 13 days before your arrival;
0% within 7 days.
